A very aesthetic work I created under special circumstances: I got the task to create the famous Matterhorn made from steel for advertisement purposes. The background image has been given and it was up to me to bring in my own ideas and deliver believable compositing.

I decided to create a steel object which is unique and with big and bent panels shaping the outline and rough appearance of the famous mountain. The surface of the big and bent panels contains a special structure because I wanted to keep it as believable as possible in terms of the surface. By the way, you can find a very similar structure nearby in the famous ‘Monte Rosa’-House. The mountain is like a big brother to it.
